Gear Up for Spring With a Spa Treatment

Spring is just around the corner and you are likely craving things like a clean house, warm weather, new clothes, and maybe even some fresh flowers. To help hydrate your skin and get it ready for the new season, we encourage our patients to come into Dr. Barry Goldman’s office to get a spa treatment like our signature facial with a healthy mask. By helping calm your senses and restore your skin, this facial will make you feel even more excited and ready for the new season. Read on to learn more.

What Does It Involve?

Lasting a full hour, your signature facial will consist of a European five layer deep pore cleansing facial compete with a gel clarifying hydrating mask. Before one of our skincare experts starts your facial, they will create a customized system of Dr. Goldman’s skin care products that is designed specifically for your skin and your skin’s needs. As the first step in your facial, your face will be cleansed with a specialty cleanser; then a toner will be applied to your skin to help correct your skin’s Ph levels, followed by an enzyme cucumber exfoliating mask. As your face mask dries, a hand and arm massage will be done. Afterward, the mask will be removed, and your face will be steamed under a steamer for 10 minutes to help open up your pores. Once your pores are opened up, we will extract any blackheads, whiteheads, and comedones. The final step in our facial involves a hydrating mask along with a neck and shoulder massage.
