Wash Your Face Twice a Day
One of the easiest things that you can do to help combat acne is to make sure that you are washing your face at least twice a day. With germs, dirt, and bacteria all around, it can be easy for it to get on your skin and cause breakouts.
Use the Right Products
In addition to washing your face at least twice a day, make sure that you are washing it with the right products. For instance, rather than using your usual face wash, try to use products that contain acne fighting ingredients like benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
Get Professional Extractions
If you are a picker and you tend to pick at your pimples, you may actually be doing more harm than good. When too much of the skin is broken during an extraction it can lead to scarring and when too much bacteria is spread on your skin, it can lead to more breakouts.
